Campus Reform: University of Maryland - College Park

Great job last Thursday to all who attended! For those of you who couldn't make it in person, thank you for all the moral support. Your words of encouragement were really appreciated! I didn't get a chance to tell you about some of the encouraging words that we received last week, so I wanted to take a minute to share a few with you:

"I thought you should know that I'm really glad with what you're doing. Our demographic doesn't speak up enough, which is why we so often get ignored. You're doing a great thing, and I'm really excited that you're doing it."

"I just wanted to let you know that what you're doing is amazing."

"I think that it's great what you're doing. Keep up the amazing work. Thanks for organizing the protest. All of us really appreciate it."

We did great things; and we'll do many more. The rally against nationalized healthcare was a great start, and I'm so proud of the time, energy, and fervor that each one of you put into it. We stood up and supported our beliefs despite the critisism that we received.

If nothing else, let's measure our success in terms of media coverage...because we certainly got a ton!
